A technique for [[How to sleep well]] — this one is to sleep in in the morning. Technique is:
- Before going to bed, decide up on a time that you want to sleep in until in the morning. Resolve any inner conflict about that time in order to decide on it.
- Meditate on that time for 1 min. To get your system to understand and get a feel for the time.
- Set an alarm on the phone so that your system is confident you won't oversleep.
